African Biblical Leadership Initiative 2023 Conference Participation Fees Policy:

1. Acceptance of Conference Participation Fees: The African Biblical Leadership Initiative 2023 Conference welcomes and appreciates the payment of conference participation fees, subject to the discretion of the organizing committee. The committee reserves the right to refuse any payment that is inconsistent with the purpose and mission of the conference.
2. Financial Security: To ensure the financial security of participants, no participation fee will be accepted if it would reasonably jeopardize the registrant's financial stability.
3. Professional Advice: The African Biblical Leadership Initiative 2023 Conference does not provide advice regarding the tax or other treatment of participation fees. Registrants are encouraged to consult their own professional advisors for guidance on the financial aspects of their conference participation.
4. Accepted Payment Methods: The conference accepts payment of participation fees in the form of cash or electronically transferable funds. Other payment methods may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the discretion of the organizing committee.
5. Review of Special Cases: Certain circumstances, such as requests for fee waivers or alternative payment arrangements, may require review and approval by the organizing committee. Such cases will be assessed based on the individual's circumstances and the conference's financial obligations.
6. Acknowledgments: The African Biblical Leadership Initiative 2023 Conference will provide acknowledgments to registrants who have met the necessary requirements for participation. However, no specific value shall be assigned to any acknowledgment or receipt issued for the payment of participation fees.
7. Registrant Intent and Anonymity: The conference will respect the intentions of registrants regarding the use of their participation fees and their desire to remain anonymous. Information about anonymous registrants will be limited to staff members with a legitimate need to know.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy: If a registrant needs to cancel their participation in the conference, they must notify the organizing committee a month before the actual day of the event. all refund will be done if taking into consideration of hotel refund termsvand conditions.
9. Conference Venue: The African Biblical Leadership Initiative 2023 Conference will be hosted in Livingstone, Zambia. All registrants should arrange their flights with the final destination being Livingstone.
10. No Compensation: The African Biblical Leadership Initiative 2023 Conference will not compensate any third party, whether through commissions, finders' fees, or other means, for directing a registrant to the conference or facilitating the payment of participation fees.
